Does WiseRev change my rates automatically?
No. WiseRev recommends rates and you approve them. When you're happy, export the rates as a spreadsheet for your PMS or channel manager. Nothing goes live without you.
What do I need to get started?
Your room types and base rates. For competitor rates that update automatically you'll need a Lighthouse subscription with API access, and for events a PredictHQ subscription. Without them, you can type in competitor rates and events or import them from a spreadsheet.
How is a recommended rate worked out?
WiseRev starts from your base rate and adjusts it for the day of the week, the season, events nearby, rooms already sold and how far away the night is. It then blends the result with your competitors' median price and keeps it within your floor and ceiling. Open any night to see each step.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Add as many colleagues as you need as admins, managers who can change rates, or viewers who can only look.
Who can see my hotel's data?
Only the people you add. Other properties on WiseRev can't see your rates, events or settings. Our support team can open your account only while you allow it, and each visit is logged.
